Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all appointments, treatments and services provided by Dr Afsha Aesthetics, a service delivered by Optnear Addlestone Ltd trading as Addlestone Pharmacy.

By booking an appointment, submitting your details or attending the clinic, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About Us

Aesthetic treatments are provided by Dr Afsha Aesthetics under Optnear Addlestone Ltd, operating from Addlestone Pharmacy, 92A Station Road, Addlestone, KT15 2AD.

2. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be made via AesthetiDocs or directly through the clinic.
You must provide accurate medical information to ensure appropriate and safe treatment.

3. Deposits and Payments

A booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are processed via Stripe and deducted from the cost of treatment on the day.

Payment of the remaining balance is required at the appointment.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 hours notice is required.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may result in the deposit being retained.
• If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us, the deposit will be fully forfeited.
• This is because treatment time, clinical preparation and product allocation have been reserved specifically for you.

If there is a genuine medical or unavoidable reason for missing an appointment, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Cases are reviewed individually.

5. Medical Suitability

All treatments require a face-to-face clinical assessment.
If you are unsuitable for a treatment, this will be discussed with you and alternative options may be offered if appropriate.

6. Treatment Results

Aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals.
No specific result can be guaranteed and more than one session may be required for optimal results.

7. Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken as part of your medical record.
These images are stored securely and are not used for marketing unless separate written consent is provided.

8. Aftercare

You are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided at your appointment.
This is essential for achieving safe healing and optimal results.

9. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on completed treatments because clinical time, expertise and prescription-only products have already been provided.

Refunds for prepaid courses or incomplete treatment plans are considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. Adverse Reactions

If you experience any concerns following your treatment, please contact the clinic promptly so we can advise you.

Urgent or emergency concerns should be directed to NHS 111 or emergency services.

11. Changes by the Clinic

We may need to reschedule or cancel appointments due to clinical, operational or safety reasons.
Clients will be notified as early as possible.

12. Complaints

If you wish to raise a concern or complaint, please refer to our Complaints Policy.
You can contact us at hello@drafshaaesthetics.co.uk or in writing to the clinic address.
