Cancellation Policy

A £30 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited. By booking, you agree to this policy.
